For TUI InfoTec GmbH in Hanover we are seeking with immediate effect an: Business Analyst Aviation IT Crew Management (m/f/d).

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


Become part of TUI Aviation IT, which bundles the entire IT know-how of TUI Aviation and offers digital solutions for all airline business IT requirements.
Working together with your colleagues and external IT service providers in Airline Operations, you will develop and manage digital solutions for the 24*7 operations of all TUI airlines. Your focus will be on the IT systems that enable the creation of flexible deployment plans for our pilot and cabin crews and the daily control of the deployment planning by the crew management.

 

Specifically this means:

  • You plan and control the new and further development of our IT applications for airline operations along our process for change requests and releases or within the scope of projects
  • You will create specifications, conduct IT tests and oversee the rollout of the applications
  • Together with our IT service providers you will analyse and process support requests for our 2nd level applications
  • You will coordinate the cooperation with the specialist departments of our European customer airlines and with our international IT service providers
  • You will manage IT (sub-) projects for the implementation of new software solutions for our internal customers
  • You advise users in IT technical matters   
  • You carry out process analyses and consulting

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Academic degree in computer science/business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Very good knowledge and experience in project management and system analysis
  • Profound knowledge of IT service management, software development, IT architectures, IT infrastructure
  • Experience in the cooperation with external service providers and their management
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in the airline environment is helpful
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills flexibility, resilience and willingness to travel
