For TUI Group we are seeking with immediate effect a: Business Analyst (m/f/d) Commercial Aviation

  • Establish and develop a central flight platform for the procurement and distribution of flight-related additional products B2C and B2B
  • Coordinate and design the architecture, data integration and performance management as well as develop the scalability of the responsible tourism applications
  • Advise the business partners on further development of content of products and services
  • Manage and cooperate small and medium-sized projects as well as subprojects
  • Support the Product Owner in the description and prioritization of Epics and User Stories
  • Accept and control technical requirements for the system and documentation of requirements
  • Agile software development in a microservices environment (primarily with Java and Amazon cloud native applications)
  • Maintain and develop software solutions as well as develop and implement optimal and market-driven IT solutions in cooperation with external and internal IT providers
  • Test the functionality and comprehensible documentation of the created sources
  • Responsible for consistency and executability of the implemented software changes in the test and production environments

  • Academic degree in information systems or computer science, alternatively a comparable IT qualification
  • Distinct ability to cope with difficult and complex coordination tasks, special tasks and activities with appropriate specialist responsibility
  • Experience in design, development and enhancement of IT application landscapes
  • Knowledge of domain flight such as NDC, flight ancillaries or fulfillment processes will be a plus
  • High level of IT technical expertise
  • Knowledge in the use of cloud technologies (Amazon AWS)
  • Knowledge of agile software development (SCRUM or Kanban)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good communication skills and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills combined with a strong focus on details
