Business Analyst (m/f/d) Contracting & Inventory

For TUI InfoTec GmbH we are seeking with immediate effect a: Business Analyst (m/f/d) Contracting & Inventory.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
 

  • Consult the business for the mapping of business processes in the systems of tourist accommodation production (portfolio management bed banks / DESTIMINT)
  • Develop suitable, user-friendly solution concepts as well as define and specify the necessary software developments and adaptations
  • Assign software adaptations in close cooperation with internal and external developers (m/f/d), release and test as well as follow-up measures
  • Analyse structures and technical correlations in the system architecture, monitor business processes as well as monitor operational processes within the scope of the own system responsibility
  • Prepare documentation for system sequences, interfaces and processes
  • Transfer knowledge with adjacent IT and specialist departments in the form of a Community of Practice (CoP)
  • Implement and manage local IT projects, partly in an international context

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • University degree in the field of (business) informatics or business administration with technical specialisation; alternatively a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in project, process and requirements management
  • Experience in agile software development desirable
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong communication skills and pleasure in advising business stakeholders
