For TUI InfoTec GmbH we are seeking with immediate effect a: E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) - Hotels & Resorts

  • Develop our hotel & resort Omni-Channel portfolio
  • Control the channel management, e.g. product-specific market observation and analysis as well as development and implementation of a product strategy
  • Support product management as well as further develop the mobile app and web portfolio
  • Create and validate solution designs as well as coordinate product managers and partners responsible for the technical side of the business
  • Evaluate and integrate possible new technologies / frameworks in the form of prototypes
  • Participate in internal and external expert committees for the further development of the products for which we are responsible
  • Participate in the development of a new team and / or management of external service providers as well as technical leadership
  • Elaborate and revise business cases with product-related result and cost control as well as the corresponding KPIs
  • Guarantee the implementation of defined software standards
  • Perform an interface function between Hotel Operation, Hotel Headquarters and other partners
  • University degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in e-commerce and / or software development, preferably in a hotel environment
  • In-depth IT architecture know-how in API and REST, web services and cloud computing
  • Experience in technical leadership / steering of teams desirable
  • Knowledge of hotel specific software applications (PMS software, Channel Manager) and IT systems of the tourism industry is desirable.
  • Structured and organized working methods as well as practical experience in agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical thinking skills combined with creative and result-oriented approaches to solutions
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a confident appearance
