IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

For TUI InfoTec GmbH in Hanover we are seeking with immediate effect an: IT Project Manager (m/f/d).

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

  • Responsible for the application-side operation and (further) development of the Success Factors BizX Suite and Employee Central
  • Collaborate in the creation of concepts or requirement specifications (incl. workbooks)
  • Coordinate and co-design data organization and performance parameters
  • Support the change management process by assuming module responsibility for Employee Central within the Release Advisory Board (RAB)
  • Responsible for 2nd level support of users of group-wide products
  • Analyse, design and configurate solutions within the TUI People environment
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of user solutions within the TUI People/Employee Central environment
  • Observe possible system or process weaknesses for a continuous improvement process

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

  • IT-technical university degree (business informatics, computer science) or a comparable qualification
  • First relevant professional experience in the SAP HCM environment with a focus on the areas of SAP SuccessFactors/ Employee Central
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
  • Project management experience and pronounced social competence combined with a high ability to work under pressure as well as conflict and consensus skills in the customer environment
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to work conceptually
  • Assertiveness, persuasiveness and negotiation skills (with external and internal partners)
