For TUI Group we are seeking with immediate effect a:

(Junior) Business Analyst CRM (m/f/d) - digital transformation

The TUI Group develops and operates digital platforms as the core of the company's digitisation strategy. The latest technologies and innovations are used. As a (Junior) Solution Architect CRM (m/f/d), you will be responsible for implementation in the team for the TUI Central Region. You will play a key role in shaping TUI's transformation into a digital company. Digital CRM platforms comprise the central customer and permission database with Customer Master Data Management as well as platforms for incident, complaint and recourse management. The tourism applications you are responsible for include the collaboration tool Jam, the knowledge database Mindtouch / TUI Know How and internal workflow tools. In concrete terms, your tasks include
  • Coordinate and design IT architecture, solution and database designs
  • Responsible for data integration and performance management
  • Acceptance and control functional system requirements, including documentation of requirements as well as execution of process and business analyses in Jira / Confluence
  • Ensure ongoing operations as well as responsibility for incident and problem management, e.g. implementation of bug fixes
  • Cooperate with external and internal IT service providers
  • Manage and cooperate in small and medium-sized TUI IT projects
  • Further develop software development methods and participation in Communities of Practice
  • Execute end-to-end tests, including comprehensible documentation (e.g. via test rail)
  • Responsible for the consistency and operability of implemented deployments as well as optimization and further development of deployment processes with extensive automation (e.g. Worksoft Certify)
  • IT-technical university degree (computer science, business informatics) or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience and interest in the design, construction and further development of IT application landscapes, preferably in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
  • High level of IT technical expertise
  • System knowledge in Solr, Java, Spring and Vaadin desirable
  • System knowledge of Microsoft. NET, C#, Swift, Jira / Confluence as well as Office365 are advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to master complex coordination tasks combined with the willingness to take on specialist responsibility
  • Strong analytical thinking and abstraction skills
  • Team player with very good communication skills
  • Distinct problem-solving competence combined with pragmatic implementation strength
