For TUI InfoTec GmbH in Hanover we are seeking with immediate effect a: Junior Business Analyst (m/f/d) Projects & Reporting

As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst you will be part of the TUI Aviation IT team. You will work as an interface between IT and Aviation in the dynamic environment of the TUI Group. In addition, you will work closely with an international team to create meaningful, automated and innovative dashboards that provide the IT community with important insights and form the basis for reports and decisions. 
  • Conduct and create analyses, presentations, and reports using insightful and engaging self-service visualizations to transparently represent key KPIs from IT domains
  • Ensure a consistent data and understandable information base for all relevant stakeholders to promote a data-driven mindset within the organization
  • Develop internal standardised tools (e.g. Teams, Daptiv, Spotfire), processes and innovative concepts to optimise the results of Aviation IT and its customers (Airlines/Tour Operator)
  • Support the TUI Aviation IT management team in all business issues, (strategic) projects and advice on governance processes
  • Interface between Aviation PMO and Group IT as an experienced IT contact partner
  • Academic degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualifiaction (in the area of IT or philosophy)
  • Strong analytical skills to develop complex systems and issues of an international corporation
  • Good system knowledge of MS Office 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel as well as teams and OneDrive
  • Experience with Daptiv/Spotfire and in creation and development of high-quality visualisations and dashboards (preferably with TIBCO Spotfire) would be an advantage
  • Previous knowledge of agile product development methods desirable
  • Fluent English and German skills (written and spoken)
  • Customer- and team-oriented approach with very good organisational and networking skills
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working with a great willingness to learn and passion for new topics and challenging situations
  • Interest in working in an international, cross-location team combined with the willingness to travel on business
