Product Owner (m/f/d)

For TUI InfoTec GmbH in Hanover we are seeking with immediate effect a: Product Owner (m/f/d).

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
 

As Product Owner (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the IT workplaces in our group companies with a team. In addition to daily challenges in the operation of mobile devices and Apple Mac and Windows clients, the tasks of the team you will lead include the usual service management processes and the management of suppliers. Away from the daily business, you will be at the forefront as a Product Owner when it comes to designing the workplace of the future or working with other departments.

 

In concrete terms, this is what you will be doing:

  •     Prioritise product requirements, which are implemented by the team
  •     Concept and communicate a clear product vision
  •     Develop and provide a roadmap
  •     Stakeholder management
  •     Decide on functionality and costs
  •     Significantly participate in the development of an efficient process organisation

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Completed technical or business studies, alternatively comparable IT knowledge and experience gained in practice

  • Knowledge in the area of Workplace Services

  • Several years of experience in product or customer management

  • Experience with agile working methods

  • Professional experience as product owner or in a comparable function (e.g. responsibility for services or projects, technologies, etc.)

  • Business fluent German and English, written and spoken

  • High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced quality awareness

  • Independent and self-reliant way of working, strong organisational and problem-solving skills and enjoyment in taking on responsibility

  • Team player with strong communication skills and social competence
