For TUI InfoTec GmbH in Hanover we are seeking with immediate effect a:

Scrum Master (m/f/d)

As a full-time Scrum Master (m/f/d) in Contracting & Inventory, you will support one or more teams in their role in the introduction and continuous optimization of agile product development via scrum on the basis of agile values. You will coach the team members as well as product owners and IT project managers (m/f/d), carry out operational risk management and controlling and define shared values together with the team in order to work sustainably and successfully. In concrete terms, your tasks include: 
  • Supervise several development teams in the TUI Group to ensure agile product development processes
  • Responsible for implementation, coache and optimise agile processes (scrum / kanban) in our development teams
  • Establish an agile mindset in the teams and across team boundaries
  • Review and optimise the process model on an ongoing basis and promote a continuous improvement process
  • Create transparency and regular reporting on basis of typically agile metrics and suitable methods with regard to work progress
  • Coordinate and moderate scrum meetings (sprint planning, review, daily scrum, retrospective)
  • Remove barriers to process development and strengthen the self-organisation of development teams
  • Design active information flow between product owners, development teams and other stakeholders (m/f/d)
  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional or practical experience in the supervision of agile, interdisciplinary, international teams as Scrum Master or Agile Coach (m/f/d)
  • Successful certification as Scrum Master (m/f/d) (Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master)
  • Proven experience in the analysis and further development of processes and agile methods
  • Moderation and conflict resolution competence with the mindset of a Servant Leader (m/f/d)
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Atlassian JIRA)
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
  • Structured, careful and independent way of working
  • Strong team and communication skills and the ability to motivate people
  • Very high awareness of responsibility and quality
